Weight Loss Only Diets

It’s great that you have decided to lose weight.

Here the thing though; any attempt at dealing with the negative consequences of the SAD Standard American Diet, such a weight gain, with weight loss-only diets (see examples below), which do not promote health, will ultimately fail. You may lose weight and even sustain your weight management approach for a lifetime, but it’s likely you too will come up short across all 7 of the Success Results.

  • Low carbohydrate
  • Low calorie
  • Low fat
  • High animal protein
  • Calorie restriction, while still eating nutrient poor

They will all fail you in one way or another because they are not nutrient-rich healthy eating styles. None of these approaches meets your micronutrient needs, or promotes health; and, any eating style that does not really promote health, cannot promote the kind of Success Results so many people hear about, but so few experience at the level needed for that high level of health that is noticeable.

A weight loss-only diet doesn’t detoxify, it only depletes. Weight loss-only doesn’t improve health beyond the weight loss itself, which is beneficial, but the disease-promotion processes linked to rapid aging, are still in play when you are eating nutrient poor.

When you are eating predominantly nutrient poor, you will end up "dieting" for the rest of your life.
