Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale (chopped into bite size pieces) use any leafy green you choose
- 2-3 larges scallions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can white beans or chick peas
- olive oil
- crushed red pepper or hot sauce
Directions
Heat some oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add the scallions and let them soften. Add garlic and stir until golden brown. Stir in the beans and then the greens. Cook until greens are wilted and desired tenderness.? Season to taste.
