Ingredients
- 1 bunch beets
- 1/2 small red onion
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- honey
- pepper
- cloves
Directions
Cut beets into small pieces and boil 30 minutes or until tender when you stick with a fork. Let cool.
Slice red onion very thinly. Make vinaigrette with remaining ingredients adjusting amount according to taste.
