The site also offers Mollenhauer’s Switch to Rich Digest, a Blog of well-written and researched relevant articles and current event commentary, on this revolutionary new eating style; a delicious and nutritious line of raw, whole, organic super food nutrition products at The Rezealiant Living Store; a comprehensive support system; and a healthy Recipe Database that is second to none! It is the culmination of his life’s work—and it shows! John Allen has wrapped it all up into the simplest and most direct path to success!

The beauty of the nutrient-rich way of eating and living is that you can eat Vegetarian or Vegan or not, gluten-free or not, organic or not, low calorie or not, low fat or not, and even low-carb or not--and still be eating the Nutrient Rich Way. It is an eating style that starts with optimizing the foods and meals you eat for nutrient density, variety, volume and great taste, free of addictive substance so you eat the right amount of calories for you, when you are truly hungry.

It is based on the emerging body of nutritional research that demonstrates the healing powers of higher-micro-nutrient per-calorie foods that detoxify the body, promote natural weight loss, dramatically improve health, reverse disease, and promote slower aging, a younger look and a longer life.

This is not a one-diet-fits-all approach; rather, nutrient-rich healthy eating is a normal and natural way to eat that is designed to meet all of your needs, all the time, including Great Taste!

“This is not just a website—it is a complete healthy eating system that starts delivering the minute you subscribe,” states Mollenhauer, a nutrition education trainer and performance lifestyle coach.

When people enter the site, they are invited to download a very revealing guide called, Wow, I Thought I Was Eating Healthy! Have You Tricked Yourself into ‘Believing’ You’re Eating a Healthy Diet? A must read, as it illuminates the 9 ‘healthier’ diet tactics that are causing us to gain weight, drain our energy and age faster.

After reading this insightful Guide, users are then invited to take a Personal Diet Quality (PDQ) Assessment, which provides them with a Nutrient Rich® Healthy Eating Score, and recommendations for improvement, as well as a fun icon that inspires users to take the way they eat to a whole new level.

Next they get The Nutrient Rich Healthy Eating Plan, which is available in printed and digital formats including .pdf, and .epub and .noki for Ipad, Nook and Kindle ereaders, etc., and consists of:

Step 1: Switch to Rich—Nutrient Rich® Healthy Eating

Step 2: Shop, Organize, Prepare & Eat Out The Nutrient Rich® Way

Step 3: Simple, Quick & Easy™ Nutrient Rich® Recipes (created by Chef Ramses Bravo)

Step 4: How to Lose Weight the Nutrient Rich® Way!

The Plan also comes coupled with an extensive Membership Site, which includes online and phone support, a Member Forum, Training and Q&A Calls, with John Allen, and much, much more, as well as a free 300-gram, 30-day supply of Rezealiant "Living Feast" —the great-tasting, whole food, nutrient-rich low-calorie way to fill up, and also speed up body detoxification and natural weight loss!

After many years of being on the path of improving his eating and overall lifestyle, while developing a new worldview on how to live a healthy lifestyle successfully, and be better able to achieve your goals, known as Performance Lifestyle®, John Allen wanted to establish a new standard of eating. Naturally, he arrived at eating nutrient rich because, as John Allen says, “All paths of dietary practice eventually lead to nutrient-rich healthy eating.”

Mentored early on, by Joel Fuhrman, MD, a leading physician and high-nutrient density nutrition researcher, John Allen became a consummate student on the subject and ultimately launched nutrientrich.com, and was one of the first in the world to begin defining how to eat in a nutrient-rich way.

John’s approach is fresh, modern and to the point. His clear and direct message fully explains what it means to eat "nutrient rich"—the buzz term for healthy eating that we have been hearing so much about these days, which is based on the cornerstone of nutrition called, "nutrient density.”

Mollenhauer says, “When I first caught wind of this idea, I didn’t approach it from a weight loss-only or an "eating healthier" motivation because, as a former body-builder, I had already traveled those paths and knew they didn’t provide sustainable results. Rather, I wanted to find the healthiest and most successful way to eat, and make that ‘The New Normal’ for people who were clearly suffering from hidden lifestyle challenges that were holding them back—the biggest of which, was how they were eating!”

And thanks to his tireless work this healthy eating style is finally being discovered by a whole new generation of people! However, John Allen admits that he did not discover this eating style all on his own and clearly acknowledges that The Nutrient Rich® Healthy Eating Style and Plan were developed on the shoulders of giants—all of whom cleared the way by heroically doing the long-term studies, clinical work and research on plant-based nutrition and lifestyle intervention, as the way to live disease free. Throughout his career, John Allen has had the leadership and mentoring of many of these leading health and performance professionals, several of whom he now calls close friends, and many of whom are members of The Lifestyle Health and Science Advisory at nutrientrich.com. John simply mined all of the information and ideas he could find, taking the best of the best to create The Complete Nutrient Rich® Healthy Eating Plan and Lifestyle Support System—the most direct path to success.

Nutrient-Rich eating is The Great-Tasting Healthy Way to Eat that delivers what he has coined as The 7 Success Results Every Body Wants—detoxification, natural weight loss, optimized health and performance, reversal of life-style induced diseases (being overweight, heart disease, and diabetes, etc.), slower aging, looking younger and maximized longevity.

“Eating nutrient rich is not a fad—once you discover it, you can’t go back,” adds Mollenhauer, CEO, Nutrient Rich Life., Inc.

"I can only imagine starting from this place when I began my search for the healthiest and most successful way to eat,” says John Allen, with a smile.

John Allen Mollenhauer invites the public to check out http://nutrientrich.com, where they can take their time in understanding this amazing new eating style, by reading and discovering their own paths to Nutrient Rich® Healthy Eating!

The post Develop a “New Normal” Healthy Eating Style You Can Call Your Own appeared first on Nutrient Rich.

There's no secret that a Nutrient-Rich diet is a plant-based diet.

Why? Because plants are where virtually all nutrients come from - in particular, phytochemicals and antioxidants. And, at a time when when our nations' diet is in crisis, needless to say, it is more important than ever to understand the power of antioxidants.

Reality check: If right now you are rolling your eyes back thinking the author on this end is just obsessing about something insignificant, think again. Anti- oxidants are basically keeping you alive and functioning and nothing short of that. Nutrient-Rich nutrition is no small aspect of your lifestyle, it is what gives you the power to function and perform well, and for a long time - so you can bet, if we're spending some time here with all that we're up to in the world, it's going to be well worth your time to take this subject seriously. Remember, health is not just about health, health is about your success!

You'll learn more about Antioxidants in the Members area, at the level of appreciating these unseen molecules in your food and your body - also at the level of science and function, but this post is a good start.

What is an Antioxidant?

An Antioxidant is a molecule capable of inhibiting the oxidation of other molecules. Oxidation reactions, like the browning of fruit when we leave it in the open air, is also a process taking place inside our bodies, and can produce free radicals. In turn, these radicals, which are unstable molecules in the body, start chain reactions and cause many of the so-called diseases of aging. When the chain reaction occurs in a cell, it can cause damage or death to the cell. Antioxidants terminate these chain reactions by removing free radicals, and inhibiting other oxidation reactions. They do this by being oxidized themselves. So, Antioxidants are often reducing agents, such as thiols, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), or polyphenols.[1]

Ok, great, now what do you do with that information?

For now, just eat a piece of fruit. You don't need to worry about all the inner workings of the clock, so to speak, to tell time, which, in this case is simply eating the fruit right now so that you start getting lots of these Antioxidants. You'll learn more as we go. Right now, what I want to do is inspire you with a great video on the subject, by Michael Gregor, M.D., so you can get a solid concept of what we're talking about.

Here at nutrientrich.com we are all about making this real to you, with the help of our lifestyle, health and science advisory team, so you can actually get an appreciation for the power of eating a 90% or more Plant-Based Nutrient-Rich diet, which is the cornerstone of nutrient-rich healthy eating. It's not to just eat a little healthier an get some supposed benefits that might make a little difference in your life, but rather it is so that you can revolutionize the way you eat and actually get ALL the benefits so many of us are promised, but so few experience, as a result of a great-tasting nutrient rich diet.

To get those results you need lots of Antioxidants!

Recently, Michael Gregor MD, put out a nutrition facts video on the antioxidant power of plant foods versus animal foods and it brings the power of Antioxidants alive in a way I think you are going to like. Nutrition Facts video's are a new feature here at nutrientrich.com.

One of the interesting facts in this video is that there is one animal food that is off the charts in antioxidant power as compared to plants. In fact, it is the only animal product that we promote heavily, especially, in the early years of life when we are growing like a weed. Find out what I am talking about by watching this video.

It is a proven fact that consuming animal protein causes cancer, yet we keep on eating it.
“What’s next—dogs and cats? Warm feelings for pets aside, no one should be eating horse meat!”

The World Health Organization (WHO) has estimated that dietary factors are associated with at least 30% of all cancers in developed countries and up to 20% in developing countries. One of the biggest dietary culprits they uncovered was animal-derived foods [1, 2-7]. In fact, high meat intake has been estimated to increase your overall cancer risk by 17%, while high saturated fat intake increases your cancer risk by 19% [8].

It is a fact that throughout our lives we will all have cancer cells appear in our bodies. However, not everyone develops cancer, and usually this comes down to diet [1]. Animal proteins like meat, dairy, and eggs alter hormone levels in the body, cause inflammation, promote cell growth and tumor development, and make the body more acidic [2, 8-13]. All these changes "feed" the cancer cells and make them stronger. To make matters worse, as meat is cooked at high temperatures, potentially dangerous chemicals are produced. For example, heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) can initiate the cancer process [14-20], while advanced glycation end products (AGEs) play an important role in the development and progression of atherosclerosis, diabetes, aging, and chronic renal failure [21-22].

Although meat is often labeled the major culprit in cancers of the esophagus, lung, pancreas, stomach, colon, breast, and prostate, research has shown that other animal proteins, such as the casein found in milk, can promote cancer development as well. A 2007 study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported that the consumption of dairy products affects the biological pathways associated with cancer development and spread [23]. After following participants for 65 years, the researchers discovered that a diet rich in dairy products during childhood nearly tripled the risk of colorectal cancer in adulthood.

More than 200 studies have shown that a diet based on fruits, vegetables, beans/legumes, raw nuts and seeds, and whole grains (as well as the countless meals and menus you can derive from these foods) provides significant protection against many different types of cancer. People with the highest consumption of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains have about half the risk of developing cancer as those who eat a more animal-based diet [24-27]. Based on the research of Dr. Campbell in the Cornell UniversityChina Study, the ideal diet should be at least 90% plant-based foods and less than 10% animal-based foods [1].

Dr. Campbell based his initial research on a preliminary study in which two groups of rats (one fed a 5% protein diet and one fed a 20% protein diet) were given cancer-causing aflatoxin. While every single rat in the 20% protein diet group developed liver cancer or pre-cancerous lesions, nothing happened to a single rat in the 5% protein group. Campbell conducted a similar study but used the milk protein casein to determine whether all animal proteins acted as cancer promoters. Like in the previous study, Campbell divided his rats into a 20% casein diet and a 5% casein diet and then exposed the rats to aflatoxin. His results supported the earlier research, and he reported that adjusting an organism’s protein intake could turn cancer promotion on and off like a switch [1]. Proteins derived from plants, however, did not have the same cancer-promoting effects.

Many experts believe that this is due to the nutrient-rich nature of plant-based foods. Fruits and vegetables do not promote inflammation in the body, are rich in antioxidants that can neutralize cancer-causing free radicals, and do not contain bad fats such as saturated fat, trans- fat, or dietary cholesterol, which the body does not need to get from dietary sources. Plant-based foods also contain high amounts of fiber. Fiber acts like a filter in your digestive system, effectively removing cancer-causing substances from your colon. Fiber is also food for bacteria that thrive in your intestine, favoring the ones that reduce the production of cancer-causing acids.

The health-boosting properties of a nutrient-rich, plant-based diet have also been shown to benefit people who have already developed cancer. A 2006 study showed that, in general, men with prostate cancer who avoided animal products reduced their PSA levels, which meant that their cancer was not advancing and may actually have been diminishing [28]. However, the cancer continued to worsen in the men who made no dietary changes. Such dietary changes were also shown to reduce the recurrence risk of breast cancer in postmenopausal women by about 25% [29].

Recently, I attended the VegSource Healthy Lifestyle Expo in Santa Monica California. After a few years, it was great to be back as I am a regular of this amazing "plant based" expo.
There were amazing presentations by some of the heavyweights in the plant based diet movement, including John McDougall M.D. and Joel Fuhrman M.D., both of whom are on the expert panel here at nutrientrich.com.

Interestingly, I learned that in February 2012, these two esteemed docs are going head to head with a very high profile CEO moderator to debate whether a plant based diet should be starch-based (potatoes, rice, corn etc) or vegetable-based (leafy greens, vegetables etc). For a little background on the subject, read this post on a plant "based" diet.

This is big stuff for people who are tuned into plant based nutrition as a key aspect of their lifestyle, and the consequences are big too. So most people want to get this right, and are dealing with a bit of an identity crisis, as the terminology around plant based eating for many (not all) is switching from eating "vegan or vegetarian" to "nutritarian" or eating "nutrient rich"; which can be vegan, but is about so much more. And I say that, not to discount one bit, the emotion and sentience that characterize an eating style that does not include the consumption of animals but only to highlight that there are other major benefits.

While out in California I had a conversation about this debate with another esteemed doctor whom will go unnamed in this article, over why there is so much tension around this issue.

Here are my thoughts:

Regarding our philosophical conversation about the potential winner of the upcoming "smackdown", one thing I realize clearly after this weekend, is that Dr. McDougal and Dr. Fuhrman are in two similar but very different conversations with the common theme of getting healthier, losing weight, and reversing disease.

Dr. McDougall IS most definitely helping people get healthy, lose weight and reverse disease as an enduring pioneer in plant based nutrition, and Dr. Fuhrman is doing the same, with an added focus on performance and longevity. The nutrient-rich way to eat is inherently a broader and more detailed discussion about maximizing health, performance AND longevity; hence, the focus on nutrient density, naturally reduced caloric intake as a result of comprehensive nutritional adequacy (not proactive calorie restriction AKA dieting) and minimization of even mild withdrawal symptoms caused by higher salt, more calorie rich, less nutrient dense foods.

Dr. Fuhrman gives additional attention to a new level of detail for maximizing healing, recovery and longevity overall. You probably know the studies on longevity, as an obviously astute researcher; combine them with performance and you have a very new message. That is not what Dr. McDougall is focused on in my assessment even though he enables improvements in both additional areas, somewhat, simply by virtue of that fact that he promotes a healthier diet than the SAD and weight loss only diets.

I support Dr. McDougall 100% nonetheless. I love what he does in the world. This is about the targeted benefits that require an evolution of the standard vegetarian or vegan or even the plant based message, to one that is based on maximizing the nutrient per calorie ratio of the foods you eat. Even though the end result may be similar, the mindset is greatly enhanced.

Dr. Fuhrman has just taken things to a new level, and one that in my assessment after the conference, many are simply just beginning to come to terms with, including many of the doctors in the plant based community. And it has naturally created tension. This is good. There are many entrenched nutritional paradigms that are getting uprooted and in some cases upstaged right now as the message about the healthiest way to eat through nutrient density or "nutritional excellence" evolves. The science of nutrient rich nutrition has emerged.

Healthy eating is not simply about not eating meat as you already know; it's about knowing how to eat a whole food, plant-based, nutrient-rich eating style optimally, and not everyone is ready for that. It depends on where they are in the nutrition transition we define and help people make, here at this site.

Dr. Fuhrman is focused on how to do that optimally, so you get all the real health benefits including maximum performance and longevity. This is true here a nutrientrich.com as well. Eating up to 90% or More, Plant Based Nutrient Rich is not inherently about weight loss, but weight loss and living at or near your ideal weight all year round, is a natural consequence of eating for health, performance and longevity. This is a complimentary but broader more detailed discussion and the reason why the discussion about what your diet is "based" in, has been so tenuous. These two doctors are sending similar but different messages.

Dr. Fuhrman is basing his approach on the most nutrient dense foods that are naturally low calorie, with higher calorie yet still nutrient-rich foods in smaller amounts pending activity levels. He refers to people who seek the most nutrients per calorie as a "nutritarian".

Dr. McDougall is basing his approach on calorically dense foods that are still considered nutrient rich, with the most nutrient rich, lower calorie foods added in after a person get's enough calories. He refers to the person who eats a starch based diet as a "starchivore".

Both of these approaches have their merits but become more meaningful, relevant and actionable when you understand the complex of benefits they are designed to realize for the healthy eater. Pending the array of benefits you are seeking, where you are in your nutrition transition, and other individualized considerations, will determine what approach you take.

In my view, if a person is not active enough, or is starchy carb sensitive, they can very easily gain weight as a starchivore especially after they have been eating this way for a while and their body has transitioned fully from their previous usual nutrient poor diet. If a person who is eating a vegetable based diet as primates do, and needs more calories, or to eat more often for any of a variety of potential reasons, they can just do so; but they are surely going to get the most nutrient rich foods when they eat with the nutrient density of foods in mind first and foremost. And this favors a vegetable based diet since vegetables are the most nutrient rich foods around and the best for healthy weight loss. Especially in a world that is not that active anymore. This is why in my opinion, one eats kale before corn and romaine before russet potatoes...

This broader conversation requires a great deal of additional nutritional education to understand concepts not yet commonly discussed in the vegan, vegetarian, now plant based community, so it's no wonder that some percentage of people are going to misinterpret, or simply miss aspects of the message. It's inevitably going to happen, but that does not in anyway constitute a message gone awry. It's a message not yet fully understood, that requires at least a basic nutritional education. That's what I see.

After a few years away from this conference, following 6 prior years of attendance, and a 23 year evolution to this point on this very subject, I could see this pretty clearly.

It was an amazing conference!

< The Nutrient Rich Way to Eat - Part 4 - Animal Products

There is more to healthy eating and living long at or near your ideal weight than nutrition alone.

Clearly, it takes other things besides what we've talked about so far to live a long time. It takes an attitude of optimism. It takes happiness in life. It takes a little bit of luck to have no major tragedies happen to you in life, not have a lot of long-term stresses that last for years and years and wear you down, and have good social relationships and interaction with other people, and things that make you feel fulfilled and make you feel of value in life. Those are all important issues which help enable you to achieve a longer life.

Nutritionally speaking, I'm just giving a rough summary here of some criteria that makes the nutrient rich or "nutritarian" body of knowledge I teach, a complete and overall body of knowledge that says that disease is not the inevitable consequence of age. It’s not natural to have to be physicians who medicate ourselves for all kinds of problems that arrive in life.

As you go to get more medical care, you realize that populations who have more money and more access to medical care don’t live a lot longer than populations who have little or no access to medical care. In fact, the opposite is true. As populations who have spent less money on medical care, take less drugs and less medical care done to them, they generally have a longer life with less morbidity and higher mortality.

So we have multi billion-dollar industries, like the diet industry, the industry of depressed people which thinks that (you know, the psychologists, the social workers, the psychiatrists, the drug companies) where everybody is thinking that the depression is caused by hormonal deficiencies, imbalances and drugs. And nobody really looks at the lack of things in the natural environment that affects brain function.

	The Critics way in...

So what we’re talking about is living free of heart disease for example not having heart attacks at all, not having high blood pressure at all, avoiding cancer and all of the major causes of death, and at the same time supporting ourselves in a manner so our bodies cannot age quickly and we can enjoy our later years. And the critics of Eat to Live the Nutrient-Rich Program for Fast and Sustainable Weight Loss, don’t really know it well enough because if they knew it well enough they could really critique it intelligently. Most critiques are based on just misinformation, misinterpretation. They don’t know what I’m teaching sufficiently.

For example, not enough of this or that, like not enough fat. Oh, how could they critic that there’s not enough fat? I don’t recommend a diet low in fat or high in fat. I recommend the fat intake to be adjusted to a particular individual’s needs for fat. And that could range from, let’s say, 15% of fat to 40% of calories of fat, whatever that persons needs for fat would be. A person who’s very overweight obviously needs less fat and shouldn’t be eating much fat. It should be low. A person who’s a world-class athlete might need more fat in their diet to meet their caloric need. I’m not fat-phobic and I recognize the need for healthy fats.

But certainly here, I’m talking about people eating less fat that’s low in nutrients. It has to be the fat that’s rich in nutrients, fat, like nuts and seeds and avocados and not empty calorie fat. We’re trying to remove empty calorie nutrients because we recognize that low calorie or empty calorie nutrients leads to a buildup of metabolic waste products because we can’t process calories without a nutrient load, without producing the buildup of waste products.

So having not enough of this or not enough of that is not a really good critique of a healthy diet to begin with., because we’re trying to design a diet so that is exactly enough of what a person needs based on looking at the person, ascertaining a way to make sure they get everything they need, and testing if we’re not sure they’re getting everything they need.

So clearly, we need carbohydrate, but the carbohydrate we take in should be nutrient rich carbohydrate. And we need protein, too. We need enough, not too much, but again, the protein we take in should be nutrient rich protein, especially beans and green vegetables and seeds and nuts which are rich in protein, but actually high in nutrients simultaneously, and reducing the dependence on animal products which are essentially nutrient poor proteins to a degree. It’s also toxic protein. It’s better to take the nutrients needed and metabolize it without producing toxins especially if you consume too much of it.

So we have to be able to understand this to help other people understand. I think if people knew more about about the nutrient rich way to eat, with more clarity, they’re wouldn be so angry at times that it calls into question many of the old fragmented diet, nutritional paradigms that well magazines. Where they’re coming from, the dietician for example, let’s say, who works for Vogue Magazine is going to be angry when she looks at this information because they think they know everything already and it shakes them up.

They have something new to learn. They really don’t know everything about nutrition which has gone to a whole new level and context these days. And so, they have to try to twist it, distort it, knock it or misunderstand it to make media. And clearly, this is a body of knowledge that I think that was well put together so that people could feel secure. At least we’re trying to address all those various parameters that make people get into trouble.

So putting the nutrient rich "nutritarian" body of knowledge together is the purpose of this website, and why I am so excited to have you, guys, as members so you can really understand nutrient rich nutrition. I feel fully expressed to have people understand the full body of knowledge and deal with all the misconceptions.

———————————————————————————————————————————————————

One of the many things that I appreciated about this video, besides T Colin Campbells trademark humility and characteristic directness around the influences negatively affecting our food quality and choices, is that Bill Maher was already aware of this work and able be so in tune with Dr Campbell. In other words, even as early at 1-3-5 years ago, knowledge of the findings of the most comprehensive study of nutrition ever conducted were not even on the radar screen for most people let alone on prime time TV.

Fortunately, Real Time with Bill Maher is on HBO, so the message did not have to get watered down because of conflicts with advertisers selling message that simply underline any modicum of truth when it comes to food or the consequences of eating foods that don't promote health. In spite of that, the message of eating a plant based diet is really catching on. People want to be healthy!

The best key secret in health is the fact that you don't have to suffer from diabetes, heart disease and cancer, and you don't have to diet (proactively restrict your eating and not get your needs met) ever again, to live at or near your ideal weight. All of that changes when you start eating Nutrient Rich.

For many, that seems unbelievable! Aren't these diseases expected as you age? Yes, but only if you are eating a nutrient poor diet. Which bring up another point I noticed in this video...

T. Colin Campbell, is vegan I meaning 100% of what he eats is plant based, even though that wasn't always the case. He makes the point that you don't need animal products let alone refined foods in your diet.

You could see he was a bit hesitant though when asked if he consumed any animal products; and Bill Maher asked about whether small amounts of animal products were ok? This, is the big questions people are reconciling today.

To eat "healthy" do I need to be a vegan or vegetarian and never eat meat?

The answer to this is NO, but that does not mean we need to promote animal products for nutritional reasons, as if you were going to be unhealthy or get skinny, or lose function without the consumption of animal foods each day. People lose function eating animal foods.

Animal foods are nutrient poor; they are rich in some nutrients, but as whole foods they are nutrient poor. Yet, you can still consume small amounts of animal products and still be eating nutrient rich on total dietary intake basis.

And that is why we promote the 90% or More Plant Based, Nutrient Rich eating style, which is less about arguing the difference between eating meat or not and more about health, personal performance and natural weight loss. If you want to or feel you need to consume small amounts of animal products in your diet at this time, that fine, but the reality is, getting to 90% or More Plant Based Nutrient Rich is the key to healthy success.

It's not about fighting the fight between plant and animal foods, it's about what's best for your body, energy metabolism, your weight, your health and your personal performance.

Video's like this, are powerful because they let you know what's going on behind the scenes and why so many people are so preoccupied with food issues, unclear about what is the best way to eat. It also let's you know that eating a plant based diet is catching on. Watch it, I hope it inspires you to move away from poor begin the making the switch to Nutrient Rich eating.

The post T Colin Campbell Shares the Best Kept Secret In Health on Bill Maher appeared first on Nutrient Rich.
