Emotional Eating: Feeding Your Feelings
Eating to feed a feeling, and not a growling stomach, is emotional eating.

There are reasons why your emotions are amplified and driving you a little crazy with food. Your emotions are not the problem at all, it’s your story (s) about your life, about your capabilities, about your food… that are driving you and that’s not necessarily a food issue. Of course, your food affects your emotions if the food is not promoting your health, leaving you diet trapped and experiencing negative consequences which reinforced negative thinking.

Our blog posts will always speak that concept first, and then we’ll share ideas for how to change your story (s) so you can better control your emotions with how you think.
